The BEE is focused on understanding client's needs in order to recommend and provide solutions that will impact the business bottom line positively; thus adding value to the business. Every business is established with the main purpose of making a profit, however people drive these processes and human behaviour is not an exact science. The BEE undertakes to deliver visible results (Return on Investment) and conduct a thorough Client Needs Analysis (CNA) where applicable.
